How many times can I wash my vehicle per day with the Unlimited Monthly Wash Club?
Monthly Wash Club Members may wash their vehicle once per day, every day.
What do I do if I have an Unlimited Monthly Wash Club and I get a new vehicle or windshield and need a new Barcode Sticker?
If you need a new Barcode Sticker, stop in to any of our five locations and let one of our attendants know you need a replacement sticker. They will be able to help you out from there.
Where is my Unlimited Monthly Wash Club valid?
Our Unlimited Monthly Wash Clubs are valid at all five of our locations. Customers are not limited to the location they originally signed up at.
Does my Unlimited Monthly Wash Club renew automatically each month?
Yes, the Monthly Wash Clubs will automatically bill your credit card on the Anniversary Date (date of original sign-up/purchase) of your Club each month.
How do I cancel my Monthly Wash Club?
If you would like to cancel your Wash Club, simply call our main office in Niles, OH at least two days prior to your Anniversary Date and let our receptionist know that you would like to cancel.
Can I pay cash for an Unlimited Monthly Wash Club?
If you would like to pay cash for a Monthly Wash Club, you may only purchase a 6 Month Package. With a 6 Month Package, you are paying for 6 months of a Wash Club Membership up front. Customers may pay with cash or credit and it will NOT automatically renew when the 6-month period expires.
Am I able to upgrade my Unlimited Monthly Wash Club to a different package?
Yes, Club Members may choose to upgrade their wash for the day for a small upgrade fee. Simply let the attendant know when you are greeted that you would like to upgrade for the day. Members may also upgrade to another Club Package permanently by paying the difference between the two Monthly Club Package prices.
How many vehicles can I use my Unlimited Monthly Wash Club for?
Each Monthly Wash Club is valid for only one vehicle.
