GENERAL FAQ

  • Unlimited Wash Club Members are able to wash their vehicle as many times as they’d like-completely unlimited.

  • If you need a new Barcode Sticker, stop in to any of our five locations and let one of our attendants know you need a replacement sticker. They will be able to help you out from there.

  • Our Unlimited Monthly Wash Clubs are valid at all five of our locations. Customers are not limited to the location they originally signed up at.

  • Yes, the Monthly Wash Clubs will automatically bill your credit card on the Anniversary Date (date of original sign-up/purchase) of your Club each month.

  • If you would like to cancel your Wash Club, simply call our main office in Niles, OH or visit the wash club management page on our website at least two days prior to your Anniversary Date and let our receptionist know that you would like to cancel.

  • If you would like to pay cash for a Monthly Wash Club, you may only purchase a 6 or 12 Month Package. With a 6 or 12 Month Package, you are paying for 6 or a year of a Wash Club Membership up front. Customers may pay with cash, credit, or gift card and will NOT automatically renew when the period expires.

  • Yes, Club Members may choose to upgrade their wash for the day for a small upgrade fee. Simply let the attendant know when you are greeted that you would like to upgrade for the day. Members may also upgrade to another Club Package permanently by paying the difference between the two Monthly Club Package prices.

  • Each Monthly Wash Club is valid for only one vehicle.

  • Unfortunately no- Our Oil Change & Full Service Detail services are only available at our flagship location in Niles, Ohio
